Recently, the American fashion designer, Michael Costello opened up about the harassment he faced by the model Chrissy Teigen. Few days, back the model Chrissy apologized to the singer cum model, Courtney Alexis Stodden. Courtney was also harassed by Chrissy in 2011, as she said to Stodden that she should die.
A few hours later, after the social media apology of Chrissy, Micheal also revealed that Chrissy also exploited him. On Monday, through his Instagram, Michael described the campaign by Teigen to mess his career in detail. The ‘Project Runaway’ contestant, Michael said, “I didn’t want to do this, but I can not be happy until I speak my mind. I need to heal and in order for me to do that, I must reveal what I’ve been going through. I wanted to kill myself and I still am traumatized, depressed, and have thoughts of suicide.”
As per the details given by the model, it was clarified that this harassment began in 2014 after Teigen wrote a comment on his Instagram page. This comment mentioned Costello and accused him of racism. He also further claimed that it was a false racist comment which was Photoshopped by a ‘former disgruntled employee.’ This entire scene was plotted to embarrass Michael Costello publicly.
Micahel Costello mentions, “When I reached out to Chrissy Teigen to communicate that I was the victim of a vindictive cyber slander, and the everything she thought I was is not who I am, she told me that my career was over and that all my doors will be shut from thereon. And wow, did she live up to her words.” Micheal clarifies that his friends, designer, and colleagues in the industry informed him that Chrissy and stylist Monica Rose have allegedly “gone out of their way to threaten people and brands that, if they were in any shape or form associated with me, they would not work with any of them.”
