Recently, Lady Gaga appeared on the Apple TV+ series, “The Me You Can’t See”, revealing about her pregnancy and rape at the age of 19.
Gaga stated that she was locked away in a studio for months by the man who raped him and he impregnated her. Further, she says that he droped her off on a corner by the home if her parents, when she was pregnant and “vomiting.”
She said, “I realized that it was the same pain that I felt when the person who raped me dropped me off pregnant on a corner by my parents’ house because I was vomiting and sick ’cause I’d been being abused,” she said, adding: “I was locked away in a studio for months.”
The singer Gaga, who is now 35, elaborated the abuse faced by her in the Apple TV+ docuseries of Prince Harry and Oprah, “The Me You Can’t See.” This series was released on Thursday.
Earlier, in 2014, Gaga too publicly mentioned in an interview, that she had been raped by a producer 20 years older than her, saying it inspired her 2013 track “Swine.
Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, Popularly known as Lady Gaga, after years of her sexual assault, went to a hospital to seek treatment for physical pain. Furthermore, she utters that the recurring sensation of intense pain ahe experienced, turned into a numbness.
Gaga, said the producer threatened to “burn” her music if she didn’t take off her clothes. Although, the singer did not plan on publicly identifying him. She also stated, “I do not ever want to face that person again.” The singer recalled all the trauma as the “total psychotic break” after she was raped. “For a couple years, I was not the same girl,” she said.
“It wasn’t until I was a little bit older that I went, ‘Wow, that was really messed up,’ the “Chromatica” singer mentioned.
